How to share a complaint

Fair and honest treatment matters when you contact Coastdarkness Garage Doors. If your experience fell short, please tell us. This page describes how to submit a complaint and how it is handled. It is a general template rather than legal advice.

Concerns We Can Hear

You can raise concerns about:

• The handling of your phone inquiry or message
• Our use of your personal information
• Website information that seems confusing or incorrect
• Conduct by a provider you reached through us

When the Concern Involves Work

Providers in our network run separate businesses. Quotes, pricing, workmanship and customer service are each provider's responsibility. For dissatisfaction with garage door work, contacting the provider directly is usually the starting point. Keep a written record of those discussions.

Share the concern with Coastdarkness Garage Doors too. Your feedback supports accountability within the network. Repeated problems may result in a provider's removal. We cannot resolve contractual disputes, refund charges for provider work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

• Your name and contact information
• The date you reached us or the provider
• Which phone number or form you used, if known
• The provider's name, if available
• A description of the issue and the resolution you seek

How We Handle Your Message

We acknowledge complaints by email, generally within a few business days. We then examine the concern and may contact the provider as part of that process. Our reply explains what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Remain Dissatisfied

Reply to our findings to request a further review. Other options include your state's consumer protection agency, attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. A state licensing board may also assist when the provider holds a license.
